too little time to read. There is always something I should/want to read or dive into, but i never seem to get the time to really get into it, and also have time to stay with it. In a way i wish I got a year free to just read before starting my phd.
time management. There is alway a lot do to, and a lot of different tasks at the same time. I find it hard to get time to write when I only do it for an hour or a day, before I have to jump in to another task.
networking. I find it very intimidating and scary, but I know it is important.
